Low key, laid back, cool. That's Adrienne and Danny. And that pretty much was reflected in their wedding at Wilder Mansion. One of the things I love most about wedding photography is being able to capture what you're feeling, versus what I'm seeing. It's about creating an image that elicits strong emotion
Throughout the day, Adrienne and Danny radiated that newly minted Mr. and Mrs. giddy love. Feel their love and happiness.
What was your favorite part of the day?
My favorite part was when we were introduced as a couple after the ceremony. Danny accidentally spilled Prosecco on my dress, and I couldn't help but crack up. That moment definitely defines us as a couple.
What was the best advice you received while wedding planning?
The best advice I received is that no matter what everyone will have fun and that I should have fun, too. Before the wedding I was so concerned about our guests, but realized that I should also make this a day to have fun with my new husband.
What advice would you give to a couple who is just starting their wedding planning?
The best advice is to look at the big picture. Planning a wedding takes months for one day to happen. Try not to sweat the small stuff and try to get as much done sooner than later to enjoy the days leading up to it - especially when family starts coming into town!
Wedding photography isn't just about having a camera and being in the front to capture the events. It's a visual narrative of something emotional, happy, and beautiful. The big moments. And the little mini-moments in between. When you see your images, you see a visual storyboard from beginning to end. Where images can standalone, but are powerful as part of a bigger story. You'll remember the biggest moments of the day. I can help you relive all the details.
